I’m from Pabellón de Arteaga, a small town in Aguascalientes, Mexico. That origin still shapes how I work: stay grounded, learn quickly, and never confuse complexity with value. I spent ten formative years in Madrid, building a career and a life across cultures, before returning to Aguascalientes to establish my own base of operations.

Technology is what I do. Curiosity, movement, food, languages, and building things from zero are what make me who I am.
I’m a builder by instinct. ignaciomancilla.com turns AI into practical tools for teachers; HidroLeads brings together web, content, systems, and growth; and Vidyos.ai is my newest product journey. Each one starts with the same question: can technology remove friction and make somebody’s work meaningfully better?
I’m happiest when an idea stops being hypothetical and becomes something people can actually use.
Away from work, I’m usually moving or making something. Padel and tennis give me the competition and focus I enjoy; cooking lets me improvise. Italian, Japanese, Mexican, and Spanish food are recurring obsessions, both in my kitchen and in the restaurants I’m always looking for.
Languages and travel are how I keep changing my point of view. I speak six languages, I’m currently wrestling with Norwegian, and I’ve lived or spent meaningful time across Mexico, France, Spain, Oslo, and Bergen. The goal is not collecting places or skills—it is staying open, curious, and difficult to put in a single box.
